Bought a new furnace. Great experience from initial review of home to establish what size furnace I would need; to the guys who installed the unit; to the 70 minute response to correct a loose thermostat the next day; to the guys who came out 2 days later to Service my A/C. The price was fair, the quality good and the service from start to finish was excellent. The guy from building and safety that came out to review and certify the installation told me they never have problems with Diamond's installations.
