Needed a new furnace. Bob came to the house and performed a thorough analysis on the house to determine the best unit for my needs. Quoted price was very fair and had the unit installed the following week (3/20) Installers did a great job. They were very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Had a problem with the thermostat they installed. I Called the office (3/21) and in less than 60 minutes, Owen came out fixed the simple problem. Again, very happy. Had the A/C serviced (3/23) by Bob and Derek. Again, they did a great job and I was happy. I wholeheartedly recommend Diamond for any HVAC you may want or need.
