Jonathon took his time in explaining the process, and with trying various shafts and heads. At no time did i feel rushed, and there was no sales pressure to buy any certain brand. In fact, I didn't feel pressure to buy at all. He did point out the benefits of having Club Champion build the clubs at a higher cost, but he made it clear that I should choose what worked best for me.
I was able to schedule the fitting on short notice, which was great for me.
