Great fitting session, awful post fitting experience
The fitting session itself was extremely good. Connor did a great job helping and understanding what is as looking for in my clubs and allowing me to try out and recommend different configurations for my game. Unfortunately, after I paid for the clubs and during the waiting period for everything the experience turned pretty awful. I felt once the transaction was made I became less of a customer. There is little communication on the status of your order (maybe one email a week of you're lucky, and good luck on getting a timely response to any inquiries via call, text, or email) and my clubs have been delayed with no estimated timetable communicated for when they'll actually be ready. I would recommend Club Champion look into an order tracking portal for their buyers. They already keep track of the order status on an internal portal and making something similar to that for the customer would go a long way in creating peace of mind while waiting for the clubs to arrive. Other than that it's just a waiting game to see how everything ends up planning out after the clubs finally get delivered. Hopefully before the 2020 golf season is over.
