My fitter was thorough knowledgeable and very patient. He took a lot of time with me and fitted me with shafts that should work great for me I haven't received them yet. I will say they did not have every shaft available especially OEM stock shafts but other than that I'm very pleased and ended up purchasing my irons from them because of their attention to detail
