1. They find what your needs are and proceed from there.
2. The make sure there are no gaps between club choices.
3. They consider grip size, most productive shaft, the appropriate head choice, and ball choice.
4. If they can't improve the performance of your club they won't sell you another.
5. If a finished club does not perform for you, go back to CG and they will work w/ you. No charge.
