I had a putting fitting with Eric that was good-- however, 5 days after the fitting, I have yet to receive the SAM putting lab summary report with the statistics of the 2 putters I used. I have left 2 voice messages for Eric to send the report-- and I've also sent one email to Eric and one to the San Antonio store. On today's call, Eric told the rep that I would get a call back from him within 10-15 min's, and this did not happen, and he left for the day before returning the phone call or emails.
