This was a first rate fitting. I did not feel rushed or pressured to do anything. Alex was personable, knowledgeable, answered my questions, and explained every step of the process. I eventually reached the point where I either needed a new shaft or a new shaft and club head. He suggested I just get the new shaft now, and see how that works. He said I could come back later if I wanted to add the head. A classy move by someone not out to just make a buck. I will continue to use these fitters.
