This was my first time using Chimney Champions, and they were just fabulous! They did a whole scan of the chimney the flue and everything, even up on the roof. They also did an internal exam of the flue system before they made their recommendations. It was very easy to schedule a time for them to come out. They were prompt, professional, and they showed up when they said they would. Also, the price I was quoted was the same as the price I was billed. The office person, Elaine, is fabulous. The technician, Michael, was fabulous. They are just fabulous!
