Several shaft options were first evaluated to my age and swing. After nailing down the proper shaft then the head type was discussed for my personal preferences. A handful of head types were fitted to the selected shaft type and amazingly 2 types brought me to my swing distance of 20 years ago. One head type displayed a closer pattern than the other so we finally found an accurate and longer distance combination which should restore more confidence in my iron play. Thankfully I hope to enjoy retirement more now that I’m properly fitted through Club Champion.
