Disappointed.
I have been disappointed with my experience at Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda. I purchased a vehicle from them in December. I understand that my vehicle was sold as is, but I wish they had let me know more about it before I made the purchase. It didn't come with a spare tire, or a key for the wheel lock, so I had to purchase those for myself.
As far as their service goes, I've gone in about five times now. I tell them the issues I have and they fix them. I have had to go in about once or twice a month since I made the purchase, which is also disappointing. Had I known the vehicle would be this much trouble, I probably wouldn't have made the purchase. The service is fast, but not very informative.
