I went to Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda when I wanted to buy a new car and it was a great experience. The salesperson was extremely helpful, which was nice because this was the first time I had ever bought a new car. They made it a really easy process. The negotiation was really stressful and they weren't really helpful in that aspect, but I'm not sure if that experience mirrors everyone's car buying experience. Other than that, the salesperson has been great about follow up calls and, recently, when we had a problem, we took it to the dealership shop and they got it taken care of quickly and easily.
