I just wanted to thank Black Mountain Plumbing for sending me the best plumber in San Diego, David. He was so friendly, easy-going, very informative and explained what he was going to do in detail. I had a water leak coming up through the cracks of my pavement in the backyard. He did everything he could to find the leak. And when he could not definitely pinpoint it, he scheduled CPL for me on another day when he also accompanied them. They were great as a team and were able to locate the leak in less than an hour. David stayed to correct the leak temporarily. He is such a hard worker and I know he enjoys his job and is really good with people. This leak was probably going on for almost a year and my water bills were sky high which was a mystery then, because I live alone now and I do not use a lot of water. But after today, August 13, 2011, my troubles are over. David was a Godsend. I thank God for all His Blessings. David was also considerate and honest and advised me on how to save money by having landscaper patch the leak vs high cost of what a plumbing company would charge. I am so ever grateful and appreciative for the expedient work performed by David and the new friendship I acquired.
