There was a misunderstanding that limited completion of my job. I originally asked the dispatcher if repair of the subfloor along with pulling the old toilet and installing a new one was possible. I was led to believe your workers could do the entire job. However, when they got to my house and saw the extensive damage to the subfloor, they decided they could not do the repairs, and said I would have to contact a general contractor or handy-man (or do the repairs myself.) This led to a weeks delay.
