My plumber reviewed the problems I called about. He told me all of my problems could be caused by the High water pressure. We agreed to change the regulator after the replacement the pressure was down to 63 psi from 100 psi. when we checked the other problems again all were working. The leaking shower head had stopped leaking the toilet valve had stopped squealing and opening at random intervals.
