From the person who answered my call about a plumbing issue I needed to address; to scheduling; to John coming to my house, Black Mountain Plumbing continues to provide a superior customer service experience. John was very respectful of me and my house with all the COVID-19 regulations. He allowed me to discuss what happened with my plumbing issue (self-induced) and how he was going to fix the issue. He was skilled, very tidy with his work and when he left, the area he worked was as clean as when he arrived.
