John was personable and knowlegeable. I had removed an old solar rooftop water heating system which meant there were alot of pipes no longer in use, but still connected to the house water system. He was able to quickly distinguish the abandoned solar pipes/valves from the live pipes, cut them out, and replumb the water heater. While the cost was more than expected, overall the work was done quickly and professionally.
