Way overpriced!
It was easy to schedule an appointment and the service technician was on time and friendly. The bill however was a shock. He was here less than an hour to change a cartridge on a tub/shower handle and the bill was nearly $400. I felt like we were taken advantage of because we live in a nice neighborhood.
