I had a shower handle that broke off ( the Moen cartridge head snapped) . Bill at the office was able to send a plumber at a fairly short notice as the water to the house had been shut off. Daniel arrived at the specified time, was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and fixed the whole thing in about 25-30 min. (I had all the parts from Moen as the shower had been leaking and another plumber was scheduled for later that week) He left the work area clean and was very courteous and professional. I am very happy with the service overall and would recommend anytime
