Our water heat began to leak on Super Bowl s Sunday. The previous installation done bey Black Mountain included a pvc pipe from the pan to the outside so there was no mess in our garage. John and Dwayne came on Monday at the promised time and completed the removal of the old and installation of the new water heater in a fast, clean, and efficient manner. John also notified us that the leaky water heater was under warranty which saved us some money. Thank you BMP for getting our hot water back.
