The technician was friendly and patient but I felt I was being overcharged. I needed a water heater replaced in a Friday and was charged about $2800. I was told that was the price for anyone and everyone and the price is always the same. However, my parents just replaced their water heater two years ago using BMP and it was $1800 and their house is much bigger (I am in a condo) and our law firm just replaced a client’s water heater (same gallon size only difference is it was for a mobile home) and that was only $1300. So the fees aren’t sitting right with me but I was assured there was no way it could be cheaper and they are required to replace everything they touch including valves and I could always “go somewhere else”.
