Black Mountain Plumbing, Inc. has always done a good job for me. This was not my first time using their services. I have been using their services for a while now. In fact, the tech that came out to work on my pipes recently has done work here at the house before and I hope that I will be able to deal with him again when I need work done. He is very professional, honest, and courteous. He shows up on time and he is respectful of my home. He is able to make an assessment of the problem quickly then he takes the time to explain his findings to me. He also goes over what he will be able to do to fix it. He never makes me feel rushed. He keeps the work areas clean. I will both continue to use and recommend Black Mountain Plumbing, Inc.!
