I called to fix a hansgrohe faucet set. After 40 minutes the plumber said the set could not be repaired. I asked him if he could pull out the set. He cut out the faucet and went over 2 hours in labor time. To fill out the time I asked him to look at the flow rate of another faucet set. He said he saw some residue in the valve but could not fish the residue out. He buttoned up the faucet set and billed me for two hours. The plumber was polite but I am extremely disappointed and still have several problems to deal with. I paid you $427 and got nothing resolved.
