We had our toilet clogged. My husband tried to resolve it and couldn'tso the next day our shower clogged. I called Black Mountain Plumbing around 9:00 AM. I was told they had a 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM slot that day. I took the slot. Around 10:00 AM, I received a call that they would be at my residence in 20 to 30 minutes. Daniel arrived at 1025 AM. He was great, all business, fast, worked quickly and efficiently. He cleared the drain and left my residence by 11:00 AM. The price was reasonable. Next time I will not let my husband fiddle around for 2 days. I will just call BMP!
