We always call Black Mountain for our plumbing needs. Real people answer the phone, they get you an appointment as soon as possible! This time they call with an opening in their schedule and were able to get in the same day! Fast and complete service to our broken kitchen faucet. I just needed to purchase the faucet I wanted from where ever I wanted.
