Amazingly quick service - I expected to wait a few days - and when he came he fixed my (unbelievable ) issue. I told him my washing machine water was backing up. He told me he had to clean the clean out drain using a big machine and told me what it would cost. I signed off and he started the machine down that drain. He hit a big object - it was a piece of the washing machine drain hose - the cap that had broken off. He was able to remove it and then everything was good. Amazing!
