Service was prompt and excellent. Technician evaluated the issue and determined that a new faucet was unnecessary as the original one could be repaired, which was quickly completed to my satisfaction. Technician then removed broken instant hot unit as requested. Work was completed in a timely manner and cost was reasonable for the worked performed. Technician was polite and explained the scope of work before starting. Overall, an excellent experience.
