James Kim from Black Mountain Plumbing showed up within 45 minutes of our call. He promptly located and repaired our leak that occurred in the wall opposite the hot water heater in the dining room. He later checked the water pressure and discovered that an older pressure regulator had failed, so installed a new one. Very professional young man and work.
