John came out and effectively and efficiently installed a new water heater without up-selling me or pushing expensive add ons. The plumbers at Black Mountain work on an hourly rate not commission as some plumbing companies do so you get the straight scoop that isn't fluffed up by individual plumbers trying to make more for themselves on a specific job.
