Solomon did a great job. However... Troubleshooting a potential shower leak, I had pulled the access panel off the shower controller. Solomon noticed that there was a slight leak from the cartridge when the valve was full hot. He asked if I would like it replaced while he was there. I asked how much as I can do minor plumbing repairs. He said "276". Since it was already disassembled and he had the valve, I thought the $2.76 was for the valve and he would just add a few minutes labor to the charge. Instead I was charges $276.90 for a cartridge and ten minutes of additional work. Sort of outrageous. That's about a thousand dollars an hour.
