My parents have been at MorningStar of Fountain Hills for about a year and overall I give it four stars. More specifically, I give the caregiving team five stars, the management team about three and a half stars, the dining team four and a half stars, and activities two and a half stars. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. They make everyone feel like they belong. Their mere presence is comforting. The dining hall is nice and up-to-date and is a pleasant place to enjoy meals. The entire building looks new, is clean and doesn't have an odor like most of the other facilities I visited when considering placement for my parents. I am a frequent visitor, driving 100 miles at least three or four times each week and I am always happy to find my parents well cared for. There was a communication issue earlier this year that has been resolved. Other than that, MorningStar of Fountain Hills is taking and has taken very good care of my parents for which I am grateful.
