I am a private caregiver for two residents at MorningStar of Fountain Hills. They enjoy the activities there. They are organized well. And there are a lot of them. We do hear a lot of complaints about the food though. There's not a lot of variety, and the quantities are extremely small. It's like a little snack pack! One particular lady I work with has to be very careful about what she eats. And that's created a big problem for her. They're aware of this. The problem just hasn't been reviewed yet. I'd say they're working on the food issues. They're not ignoring it. The residents I work with are making friends. The staff is friendly. There is a nurse on staff. The staff aren't always available. But I know if someone pushes their buttons, and they're with someone else, they do the best they can to get to them. And that's based on the number of residents, time of day and the situation. I'm very pragmatic, and I know they're being called. But they can't walk away from what they're doing with us. It's hard for residents to see the big picture. I would recommend MorningStar of Fountain Hills to my family and friends. As a matter of fact I already have!
