My Mother-in-law is staying at MorningStar of Fountain Hills. She enjoys the activities. Although she hasn't been there long. I'd have to say they're organized well. She likes the food. But they could cook healthier choices like less fried and more fresh fish. Pizza would be nice every once in a while too. It could use some improvements. I think she's making friends. There's a friendly staff. They're polite and courteous. I don't know if there's a nurse on staff because she's in independent living. But there are doctors that come monthly. I would recommend MorningStar of Fountain Hills to my family and friends.
