My experience with MorningStar of Fountain Hills is that since we moved my father-in-law there, he's been a lot happier. He usually doesn't like to participate in things but because they call him and look for him to be a part of things, he participates and in general has been healthier and happier--which is good. Having people there keep an eye on him is very important, and the food was pretty good there. He hasn't complained, so we'll assume that he's happy with the service and the food.
