I think the customer service on the phone with Day & Night Mechanical Solutions Inc. wasn't as great as they were in person. The guy who showed up to the house was great. He was friendly and professional. There was a little bit of miscommunication. I thought they were going to update the thermostat, but the techs who actually came didn't get that order so they didn't update the thermostat. It was fine though because everything works great with the new furnace. They turned our order around quickly.
