I would give five stars and above if possible for Day & Night Mechanical Solutions Inc. We needed a furnace last minute and were not prepared for the cost of a furnace. I didn't have any idea how much it would cost but it was going to be quite a few thousand dollars. Sharmain went way above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. They even cut their own costs as much as possible. Then they helped us get what we could at cost but the whole time they didn't cut any corners. When they put in the furnace, it was a little big bigger than we needed, but they made some adjustments to suit us. We are eternally grateful that she worked with us. We had a new furnace within two or three days in the middle of a very cold winter. They were great. They were helpful and understanding. Sharmain even offered to hook us up with financing if necessary. It was great to have options that made a stressful situation stress-free. The guys who work for her are the most understanding, laid-back people. Her workers are amazing.
