As it goes with most furnace and air conditioning calls, it was an emergency situation. Part of the furnace had leaked internally because it rusted out. Day & Night Mechanical Solutions Inc came right out. Even though it was not quite a year past warranty, they contacted the factory and got me a partial credit. Also, the purchase of a new unit got a government rebate in addition to a rebate from the factory. So not only was it a quick response, it was quality work all the way. The installation was perfect.
