A gentleman came from Day & Night Mechanical Solutions Inc to install the dryer and afterward, the closet doors wouldn't close. He told us to call the property manager but really, as tenants, we shouldn't have had to do anything. This is supposed to be between the property manager and the company. Tenants shouldn't be put in the middle. The next time he came out to install another dryer, the doors still didn't close. Their solution was to just remove the doors which is completely unsatisfactory. Our laundry closet is right inside the front door and can now be seen by everyone coming in. Our previous dealings with Day & Night have been fine. It was just this last experience with Day & Night Mechanical Solutions Inc that was less than satisfactory.
