My furnace that I originally got from Day and Night in 2003 quit working one day last month just prior to a real cold spell on it's way. They showed up that day, saw that I needed a new motor. Corbett came the next day about 5 pm, had been working since 7:30 that morning and still had one more stop after mine. Couldn't believe he was in such a great mood. I would have been tired and grumpy. I had intended on seeing them about having an air conditioner put in, which they did this past week. I don't think I have ever seen anyone work as hard as Corbett. Price was right and the office people are great as well.
