I am an entertainer and I travel all over the United States doing magic shows. We have a big 40 foot truck and a trailer and other vehicles. If these vehicles are not running, then the business is not bringing in any money and that affects me and my employees. Bruce, at Logan Automotive, takes extremely good care of me. He is proactive, and he knows that I do not need to be breaking down on the road. Everything that he does for me comes in on time, and under budget. He is an extremely honest and competent person. He has outperformed everybody that I have ever used. The company has awesome customer service. If they have your car in the shop, they will lend you one of their personal cars. That is both a time saver and a money saver since I do not have to go through a car rental place. Their prices are maybe 10% higher than the national shops, but when you go to one of those shops you get a new 20 year old kid every time and you don't know how experienced they are or how good they are. With Logan Automotive though, I know that the job gets done right the first time and they are worth every cent. When they change the oil, they check out the brake pads and if they need replacing, they do it. That costs me one tenth what a new set of calipers would cost. I trust them to make decisions like this for me. His daughter works there as a mechanic and she is a fine mechanic in her own right. They are a first class operation throughout! Even the candy dish on the counter is filled with good candy, like Twixts and Hershey, and not the cheap hard candy you find in other shops. They also take care of my 31 year old Cadillac. They found me a very hard to find, goofy sort of air conditioner part that they only made for a few years. I mean, everything they do for me is just spot on. I could not be happier. Their shop is sparkling clean - surgically clean. If it is 30 degrees below zero at 3:00 AM and I need them, they come out to help me. Their employees are all long term employees which tells you something else about them. I can not recommend Logan Automotive highly enough or say enough good things about them! They are great guys (and a woman) and I like them all!
