This is a very special company. After living in Japan for over 8 years and buying many Chinese rugs, Ayoub has literally saved the day in terms of keeping my rugs very clean and beautiful!! The technicians that were here today (Sept 13th) Jamie and Cory were fabulous. They did everything that was expected of them and gave me some great advice in terms of one of my Chinese carpets, Great company and great employees. How could you go wrong???
