Ayoub has been the best customer experiences we have ever had. Not only are there costs comparable, but their customer service is off the charts. We’ve had Ayoub replace all of our carpet and their crew was on time, very courteous, but also did a top notch job. About a month after our install some blue paint got on our new carpet and I asked our sales rep (Fred - ask for him!) if he could recommend any carpet cleaner. His solution was to send their cleaning team out for a complimentary spot treatment using their industrial cleaning vacuum. We were already very impressed with the Ayoub team, but going above and beyond our expectations will have us recommending Ayoub to everyone!
