What makes their work more than 5 stars is that I have a big dog that they did not mind and worked with me getting him out of the way. As they had finished, were leaving, my big dog had a big accident on the newly cleaned rug. Without complaint, they returned, set up again, and cleaned up the mess. I am very grateful. Whatever you pay them is not enough.
