Phone call about furnace filter
I was called back within 2 days, following my voice mail.
I believe that my electronic furnace filters are defective and do not wish to replace them at this time. I think a better resolution could have been reached, rather than me having to install paper/cardboard filters for the rest of the life of my furnace. Originals lasted 15+ years, the current filters lasted 1 1/2 years!? Lee Sundermeier
