Who do you call when your home AC goes out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer? Thank goodness Kellermeier went out of their way to squeeze us into their schedule. They quickly identified the problem and promptly and efficiently installed the replacement part once it arrived. They even tried to come ahead of the scheduled time. The service tech (Zach) did a great job. Have since met with a sales rep (Adam) for a new unit. Very impressive meeting with detailed explanations of the options that will best suit our needs. They sincerely care about the customer!!
