My sump pump wouldn't stop running and I was afraid it would burn out and working and cause a flood in my basement. I called KPH at 2:30p on Good Friday and they had a service tech at my house by 3:30p. He accessed the problem, replaced the sump pump and was finished within an hour. Awesome service from an awesome company with very friendly and professional customer service.
