Excellent in all steps of the process.

On time, pre-treated the most soiled areas, put protection over their shoes to avoid tracking in dirt, put protection under furniture legs after cleaning but while wet, and overall...and took sufficient time with the actual dirt extraction process so that our carpet now looks much brighter and better! Worth the cost.
