My expectations were pretty simple. I needed old carpet removed and new carpet put in. But so many things can go wrong if the company you are working with is not on top of things! Ayoub is on top of things! The team let me know when they would be arriving and did a follow up phone call day of install. They were quick, efficient, and careful. They gave an excellent estimate of how long the job would take. And when they left, everything was clean and neat. I have no complaints. This is the second project I've had Ayoub do and I would definitely call them again. From the in-store help, to the site visit, to the actual install, everything went smoothly. They also followed up quickly to see if there were any problems (there weren't).
