Modern Services has a 24/7 emergency number and we called it at about 8 am on the Saturday morning. I had also gone online at Modern Services and described our situation to the online chat person. By 10:30 am Drew was at our home and had diagnosed the problem as a faulty breaker which had a loose wire causing some sparking and causing the AC system to repeatedly turn-off and on, not holding temperature. We simply could not leave with this situation. Drew was great and got right onto the problem. He had the necessary replacement breaker switch and the system was up and running again. Because we were leaving for a few months I also asked Drew if he could do a mini-check of the entire system, the filter, power, air handler, etc., which he did. Drew was a perfect gentleman with whom to work and we were able to leave 2 days later knowing the system was running correctly and that the temperature and humidity in the house would be fine. Total cost was just $197.........$117 for the emergency house-call and $80 for the new breaker............a very low cost for peace of mind. Thank you Drew and Modern Services.
