Alex was five star for his performance. The reason I put three stars for overall experience, was for the office staff performance. I had called way in advance for my appointment and my sisters. Originally I was scheduled for the first appointment of the day , And my sister's appointment was to follow directly after mine. On the day of the appointment this schedule changed and I was late appointment and my sisters was even later . I did not appreciate that and was an inconvience for me and my sister. When you schedule appointments they should not be changed.
